• All orders are processed and shipped from India.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

Note: Business days refer to Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).

All order processing and support timings follow IST (Indian Standard Time), not AEDT or any other foreign timezone.

Processing Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
