If you need help with a return or exchange, email us at orders@thodacrazyclub.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
π Exchange Policy:
- Free exchange is available for size issues or incorrect products received.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery day).
- We offer reverse pickup at no extra cost for valid exchange cases.
- Exchanged products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags/stickers intact.
- If the new product is of higher value, the difference must be paid online before shipment.
- Only one exchange request is allowed per order.
πΈ Refund Policy:
- Refunds are offered only for defective or damaged products.
- To initiate a refund, email us with:
- Your Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method or a provided bank account.
Note: Please do not accept packages with visible damage at the time of delivery. This helps avoid complications with returns.
β Returns/Refunds Not Applicable:
- Washed, worn, or used products
- Orders made with discount codes or during sales
- Minor color/design variations from website images
- Return/exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery
- More than one return/exchange request per order
β οΈ Special Return Cases:
If a return is accepted for reasons other than defects (e.g., customer changes mind), a flat βΉ100 will be deducted from your refund for reverse logistics charges.
